Marsden Cove Canals Management
Marsden Cove is a comprehensively developed coastal development incorporating a marina and associated services, a retail precinct, canal housing, and retirement facilities. The design has been influenced by Hopper Developments’ knowledge and experience from a history of land development including two other similar canal-featured projects Pauanui Waterways and Whitianga Waterways.
The Board consists of 4 directors. Two from Marsden Cove Ltd, and two from Marsden Maritime Holdings Ltd.
Our purpose is for the governance, upkeep, enhancement, and administration of the canal environment, and compliance with any associated regulations and consent conditions.
Marsden Cove Canals Management Ltd is a company formed to manage and maintain matters associated with the canals and covenants. Activities include;
Compliance with rules, consent conditions, buildings, and structures
Dredging
Structure cleaning
Lock and revetment wall maintenance
The cost of providing these services are recovered from title holders in a fair and equitable manner and are secured by various instruments attached to titles.
